The Iraqi Journal of  Laser applies a transparent Article Processing Charges (APC) policy to support editorial management, peer-review processing, publication, and indexing-related services.

Standard APC (Iraqi Authors):
A publication fee of 100,000 IQD is required upon acceptance for manuscripts.
This fee includes editorial handling, peer review administration, proofreading, formatting, publication, and plagiarism screening.
International Authors Policy:
The journal provides a full APC waiver for international authors, encouraging global scientific contribution and collaboration.
Payment Method:
Payments are accepted in cash only at the official office of the finance department located within the deanship of the Laser Institute for postgraduate studies of the  University of Baghdad.
This APC structure is designed to ensure transparency, sustainability of publication services, and alignment with international publishing standards.
